4-Fastest Methods To Lose Arm Fat Fast
I've been dieting and exercising to lose some weight, but even after doing all that, I still had one problem left: Arm Fat. I really wanted to get rid of it, so I looked up some great exercises and now I'm going to share them with you. We can lose arm fat fast by following these four below-mentioned methods.
1-Weightlifting
Start by exercising some weight to lose arm fat. Don't
start with too heavy weights; they should be 2-3 pounds. You can gain heavier
weights as your arms get stronger. You can be strengthening the muscles as well
as lose fat from your arms with weightlifting. You can improvise as you have
willing to do this act.
The best exercise for leaner arms is to take the weights in
your hands, place your arms in a normal position, then raise your arms out to
the side and in front of you to the height of your shoulders and back as high
as you can. Note that your arms should be completely straight; don't bend your
elbows or bend forward as you raise your arms.
2-Push-Ups
Our arms usually get weaker because we don't lift heavy.
Let's face it unless you're carrying really heavy bags from a grocery store or
your baby around the house, you probably won't be lifting anything heavy. As a
result, your arm muscles will be weak and it will be difficult for you to do
push-ups at first.
Start slow, with beginner pushups. You may have heard of
those as women's pushups, or knee pushups. Basically, instead of keeping your
weight on your hands and toes, keep it on your hands and knees. Knee push-ups
are easy to perform and are an excellent starting exercise. Once your arms get
stronger, you can gradually move to regular pushups. Do pushups; with your arms
set wider than the width of your shoulders, or closed push-ups; with your arms
placed close together.
3-Scissors
Scissors are another method to lose fat from the arms very
rapidly. It is called the scissors because movements resemble scissors opening
and closing. Stand up straight and extend your arms straight in front of you at
the level of your shoulders. Keep them straight and firm all the time. Stretch
them to the side and bring them back in front of you so that your right arm
overlaps your left. Extend them again and bring them back so that your left arm
overlaps your right. Repeat at least 20 times.
Look, it's not that hard if someone gives you the right

least 10-15 minutes every day, you will notice the change very quickly.
THE PROBLEM is that it is actually not possible to lose arm
fat alone. You can make your arms stronger by building some muscle, but you

4-Arms Rotation
Don't let the name scare you, you're not really going to
twist your arms and hurt yourself. this exercise is not much easy as we are
thinking about it until you can't start doing this by yourself. This is very
effective and you can get results in days.
Stand up straight and spread your arms out to the sides as
if you are going to give someone a huge hug. Keep your arms completely straight
and rotate them so that your palms are facing the ceiling. Now rotate your arms
around the horizontal axis so that your palms face the keel again. Repeat this
exercise as many times as you can, but keep in mind that this exercise can give
you sore muscles the next day, so don't push too hard.
